Difference between industrial vacuum cleaners and commercial vacuum cleaners
Many customers are aware of the appearance of a vacuum cleaner at home. In fact, domestic or commercial, it is still very different from industrial vacuum cleaners. Let's distinguish their differences below, so that customers can find a vacuum cleaner that is more suitable for them.
Generally speaking, the capacity of commercial vacuum cleaners is smaller than that of industrial vacuum cleaners. The main consideration is that industrial vacuum cleaners absorb more garbage, and some industries have waste recycling needs, such as cloth, metal products, wood products, etc. It is easy to operate and handle.
Due to the limited space for use, industrial vacuum cleaners are relatively more durable than commercial vacuum cleaners. Therefore, the housing of industrial vacuum cleaners is generally made of metal and the accessories are mostly made of steel. Commercial vacuum cleaners use polyethylene as the shell material.
3. Working voltage
For the special functional requirements of industrial vacuum cleaners, in order to ensure that they have sufficient power and meet long-term use, the operating voltage of industrial vacuum cleaners is generally 380V, while commercial vacuum cleaners are 220V.
As shown in the third point, because the industrial vacuum cleaner needs to meet the production needs of the factory floor, it uses a working voltage of 380V, and it needs to work for several hours, even 24 hours of continuous work; the continuous working time of commercial vacuum cleaners is much shorter than this A number.
Because industrial vacuum cleaners need to inhale not only dust particles, but also items that need to be recycled by factories, its power requirements are much larger than commercial vacuum cleaners, with 2200 watts, 3400 watts, 5500 watts, and even 7500 watts, and Commercial vacuum cleaners are mostly 500 watts and 1,000 watts.
